Q: What if I am not happy with something?
A:If you are unhappy with something, let us no ASAP. We will do our very best to put right what is wrong. If you are still unhappy, please would you put it in writing to us at email@example.com or by post to beadworldsw. 69, Winner street, Paignton, Devon. TQ3 3BW. So we can resolve the problem.
Q: What happens if my order has an item out of stock?
A:Our Website should already show what our stock levels are. If there is an error with our stock levels, we would contact you to confirm this. If you wanted to, we would contact you when the item has been restocked.
Q: Are the items on your website exactly as they appear?
A: There will always be some slight variations in colour or in size. We do our best to insure that these variations are kept to a minimum.
Q: What if my goods are damaged on arrival?
A: As soon as its known your delivered items are damaged, let us no ASAP. We will advise you on the best course of action to be taken. Sometimes we ask for these items to be returned for inspection. But it is not always necessary. We cannot be responsible for any negligence or improper handling by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or any other delivery or handling agency. In general compensation can be claimed against the handler.
Q: Will I have to pay if my order is lost?
A: If your order is lost we can send out a replacement to you, or credit or refund you if required.
Q: What if my order does not arrive?
A: Contact us ASAP. And we will help to trace its whereabouts.
Q: How long before my order is delivered?
A: Usually it’s a 48hr postal service if sent by Royal Mail.
Q: How quickly can orders be dispatched?
A: Usually within 2 days of receipt.
Q: What other delivery options are there?
A: If you have already placed an order with us, and you want to no if there is a quicker method of getting it to you. We will then quote you on a quicker post.
Q: What are your postal charges?
A: Orders over £25.00 are free. Under £25.00 are £0.95 for 1st class postage.
Q: Can I collect my order from your shop?
A: Yes, if prior notice is given, also you can pay when you order or when you arrive at the shop to pick up your order.
Q: What types of payment are acceptable?
A: Credit /Debit cards, Paypal, Cheques or Postal orders. Cheques and Postal orders to be made payable to Beadworldsw. Note, if paying by cheque for the first time, this cheque would need to clear before the goods are shipped. To generalise, orders will not be shipped unless payment is first received.
Q: How can I order from you?
A: By email, phone or post.
Q: Are prices quoted inclusive of VAT?
A: At this time we are not registered, so we do not charge VAT.
Q: Can we leave a message out of hours?
A: Yes, by answer phone or email, we will get back to you ASAP.
Q: What are your opening hours?
A: Our opening hours are 10.00—4.00 Mon, Tue, Thurs, and Fri. Sat 10.00—2.00. We are closed on Sundays and bank holidays.
Q: Do you ship goods outside the UK?
A: Not currently, although we are looking into doing this sometime in the near future.
Q: Do we do classes?
A: Yes we do, just phone, email or just call to our shop for details.
