When we have receive your order, this does not mean a contract would exist between us. When we have confirmed your order, with acceptance then a contract would exist. Your order would be processed as soon as its received.
You should receive it within 3-5 working days. If while in
transit something is lost or damaged you must inform us
within 7 days so as we can correct the problem a.s.a.p. Also send us an email. This will help us track the problem. Our delivery company can always supply us with evidence, that goods sent have or have not been delivered. If at any time

Product colours and finishings may vary during manufacture and may also look different than the pictures shown on our website. if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days for an exchange or refund (excluding postage and packaging charges) Please email if you wish to return goods. All exchanges are chargeable for postage and packaging. Earring findings are non- refundable.
We will not refund damaged items which are being returned to us. So you must use the correct packaging for returned items. Also we will not refund on items not received. Packages without the correct postage will not be accepted.
