Thanks for your message. We are fine. The windows in our lounge and living room were blown in and we are still clearing glass. We have an eighth floor apartment and one of the elevators knocked out of true, so will not work and the other taken out of service until it can be checked for safety. But, thank God, we are OK and damage-wise also lucky.
The city is quiet today, still lots of ambulances in and out of the hospital opposite us, and lots of glass being dumped into skips.
Thanks for keeping us up to date. Sorry to hear about Alan Dixon.

Congratulations to Ken Bovey who celebrated his 90th birthday over the weekend 15/16 September 2018. a card is being sent by our President Tony Lethbridge from the President and Members of the Old Radfordians Association. Best wishes Ken.
With regret that I must inform you that Old Radfordian, David Oddy passed away on the afternoon of Saturday 10th June 2017. David was a pupil at Mount Radford School from 1942 – 1947.
His funeral will be at St James Church, Mount Pleasant Road, Exeter, EX4 7AH on Friday 23rd June at 9.45am. Followed by interment at Higher Cemetery (family only).
Family flowers only please, but if you would like to make a donation there will be a collection at the church for the RSPCA Little Valley Animal Shelter. Donations afterwards to Sillifants please (cheques payable to RSPCA Little Valley Animal Shelter, marked for David Oddy) at 19-20 Holloway St, Exeter EX2 4JD.
